Community Sauna:

Our mission is to make sauna & cold water immersion an accessible and joyful part of day to day life on the California Coast, starting in SLO County.

Community Sessions are open to the public and you will share the experience with up to 8 fellow community members.

You can book a single session or reserve it for a crew of friends to sauna as a group.

Rate per person for 1 hour Sauna+Cold Immersion:

  • $30 for Locals (SLO County)

  • $40 for Out-of-Towners

  • $149 unlimited monthly membership

  • 5 & 10 Packs for $27 + $25 per sesh

Rate to book out entire Sauna for 1 hour:

$200 to book a private sesh with 8 friends ($25 per seat)

Community Sauna 101:

  • Booked individually or book several seats at a time

  • 8 seats are available for booking per hour

  • Seats are limited each week, so book ahead of time!

  • Cold plunge in the ocean or if inland we provide a cold plunge for classic contrast therapy

  • Suggested 10-20 minutes of sauna followed by 2-5 minutes of cold immersion in 2-3 cycles, but listen to your body. Everyone sweats at a different rate and there is no ideal here - find what feels good for you

  • Make new friends / bond with old friends

What To Bring:

  • Your hydrated self

  • Bathing suit or if you’re more comfy in athletic wear (think: sports bra + gym shorts vibe) that’s great too!

  • Towel

  • Water bottle

  • Sandals / flip flops
